Industrial murder case: Koganti Satyam arrested from Bangalore
Investigators suspect Mr. Rahul was killed due to financial disputes. However, they also study the case from other angles.
Police in the central area, investigating the murder case of industrialist Karanam Rahul, reportedly arrested another suspect, Koganti Satyam, from Karnataka.
The young businessman and industrialist Mr. Rahul (30) was found dead in his car in the city on August 18. He had co-founded Zixin Cylinders Private Limited at G. Konduru mandal in Krishna district with some partners.
Police, who turned the missing case into IPC Article 302 (murder), previously detained a few suspects, including Mr. Rahul’s partner Korada Vijaya Kumar, a vehicle driver and others. They brought action against five people, including Vijaya Kumar, Satyam and three women, in connection with the murder.
Police reportedly took Satyam into custody in Bangalore and brought him before a local court. He was taken to Vijayawada on a prisoner transit warrant (PT) on Tuesday.

âWe have interviewed over 15 people in this matter so far. Financial issues are believed to be at the root of the murder. However, we are trying to find out why the industrialist was murdered and are trying to collect scientific and technical evidence in the case, âsaid a police officer, investigating the case.
